Old tile comes down in whole squares, stacked flat on pallets and toted out. Less breakage, less dust, a floor you can still work on.

Suspended ceilings start to finish: careful tear-out, level grid, light fixtures set in, and clean tile. Commercial spaces, occupied buildings, tight schedules.

01 — Tear-out
Old tile comes down in whole squares, stacked flat on pallets and toted out. Less breakage, less dust, a floor you can still work on.

02 — Lighting
Troffers and flat panels set into the grid, hangers and whips supported, fixtures aligned with the tile lines. Straightforward fixture work — heavy electrical stays with the electrician.

03 — Grid, tile and finish
Main tees hung level off a laser line, cross tees locked, tile laid in clean with cuts tight to walls, sprinklers, and diffusers. One flat plane, no gaps.
Photos post as the current ceiling moves from demo to finished tile.
Demolition and finished-work photos will appear here as the current project progresses.
